I’d had this spot on my list for a while, so after Sunday service—and since it was my birthday—I took myself out for brunch. I arrived about ten minutes after opening and was seated right away at the bar. Service was great from the start. My pineapple juice, buttermilk pancakes, bacon, and eggs came out in about 15 minutes, and everything was delicious. The manager stopped by twice to check in, and the bar staff—multiple people, not just my server—kept making sure I was good. When I mentioned it was my first visit and my birthday, the manager wished me well. Later, several servers came by with birthday wishes and one of them even agreedto take my picture. Then one of the bartenders offered me champagne or a cookies‑and‑cream dessert. I chose the champagne, and it was such a thoughtful touch. When I paid, the bartender handed me a postcard to address that they’ll mail to me as a thank‑you. After almost two hours, the place still wasn’t crowded, and I left feeling celebrated. I’ll definitely be back in the spring to enjoy the patio and the Square. The only downside was parking, I expected free two‑hour parking but was charged $24 on the way out. Annoying, but it didn’t overshadow the amazing experience Saint + Council gave me.

Delightful corporate meal for a table of 12 folks. Included several apps like the shrimp, fried green tomatoes, burrata - shrimp was the highlight. Entrees included steak salad, salmon salad, miso salmon (most popular choice), seafood and chorizo pasta, chicken sandwich. Everything was very well made and presented. Flavors were on point. Would recommend this spot for a good meal and ambiance. Service was prompt even though the kitchen was a tad bit slow to Sen out entrees on a day when they were not too busy. All in all, a solid spot.

Visited for the first time with friends for Galentine’s Day and loved the atmosphere — it’s a beautiful, very aesthetically pleasing restaurant. The lighting was a bit low, which made photos tricky for a special occasion, but overall the vibe was great. We ordered the baked crab dip, spicy mussels, chimichurri skirt steak, and braised short ribs. Everything was good overall, but the short ribs were overcooked, which made the meat dry. Because it’s served with more of a sweet glaze than a gravy, the dryness was harder to mask and made the dish less enjoyable. A richer, gravy-style sauce might have helped balance it out. Our waitress, Helen, was fantastic — very menu knowledgeable, attentive, and kind. I’d definitely come back again.

Amazing experience at Saints + Council! We went for breakfast/brunch and it was honestly such a romantic vibe soft music in the background with a man playing the violin live, which made the atmosphere even more special. Great food, amazing drinks, and a beautiful brunch ambience. Everything from the service to the energy of the place made it a memorable experience for me and my girlfriend. Highly recommend for brunch, date mornings, or anyone looking for great food with an upscale, relaxed vibe. We’ll definitely be back!

Loved the décor, fireplace, and overall vibe — such a great atmosphere, especially for a birthday brunch. Parking was easy with a garage and validation, which was a plus. We shared the biscuits and gravy to start, but I’d probably skip that next time. The Bloody Mary, however, was exceptional, and the bartender was extremely helpful and attentive. I ordered the braised short rib, which was incredibly tender and delicious, though it was a bit heavy on one particular seasoning — almost like Christmas flavors. My fiancé ordered the pappardelle pasta and loved it, but I found it a little runny and lacking flavor. A nice birthday touch was the complimentary scoop of ice cream with a cookie, which was very appreciated.

Came in on a whim for dinner without a reservation and we were all blown away! We were a party of 4 and got seated right away. Everything on the menu looked amazing, and everything that we did order (with a little help from our awesome server, Ashley) was outstanding. Loved that the ingredients are sourced locally and that the menu is expansive but also high quality. Pork belly shareable was one of the best I’ve had - no excess fatty pieces, glazed to perfection, with the perfect polenta and collards accompaniments. Braised short rib was so tender, chimichurri steak had tones of flavor, salmon was amazing. To top it all off, we tried the peanut butter pie which was to die for! So light and smooth! We really want to thank Ashley for being an attentive, patient, and great server!

You'll need a reservation for here most nights! Saints and Council deserves the hype. parking: In Colony Square, you'll need to park in their deck which is really pricey - DO NOT LOSE YOUR PARKING TICKET the lost ticket fee is $90! Restaurant provides validation, but it's only valid for 20 mins after scanning, to give you time to leave ... don't plan to hang around for dessert unless you want another parking fee Food: we got the handtied burrata -- absolutely divine flavor, with shredded asparagus underneath, and idyllically toasted bread. Would order again! The Filet & Fries -- brussels and fries were PERFECT. Stake was quite pink for being ordered medium, and the flavoring on the char was a unique taste, but the sauce and accompaniments made the dish. Our friends had the lemon miso salmon -- MUST try! so flavorful, will be ordering for myself next time! We finished with the chocolate ganache cake. The chocolate coating was a bit hard, but the cake was baked well with fresh fruit to bring out the flavors. Overall - if you're used to colony square / the parking situation, this is one of the best dinner experiences in ATL!

Great brunch last weekend with our group there for the first time! Fantastic ambiance & lovely to be greeted by the wonderful sounds of a violinist. The drinks were yummy, I had the hot chocolate and got it with Baileys on the side but waited a while for a spoon. The manager was so accommodating when I brought this up to him. For my appetizer, I got the biscuit with jam which was so tasty. Most of my group for their main chose the apple crumble pancakes which they all enjoyed. I chose the delicious French Toast Crunch as my main, the cornflakes gave it a great texture plus berries! I also had a pineapple mimosa which I enjoyed too. Can't wait to return for dinner & lunch. Such a lovely atmosphere and great setting for pictures by the fireplace and coverall. And be mindful of parking if 2 hour limit spot, nice that they validate 2 hours but we were there for a while, I paid $18.
